Another week, another pound! I did have one really bad day this week (llke 2200 calories bad), but I had my one sugar drink split over two days, and didn't eat too many snacks. This week has kind of started out badly, I feel like I ate a lot today and had WAY too much cheese (I'm lactose sensitive for lack of better words).

I'm going to try running tomorrow and Thursday, and I have volleyball Wednesday and Sunday. (Would have had volleyball today but it's MLK day). I hope everyone has a good week!
