John10251's Notizen, 26 Dez 15

I hope everyone had as wonderful Christmas as us. The weather was so warm we took a nice walk but not enough to counter all the Eggnog and the heavy but delicious meal that followed. I had hoped to keep my weight gain down to five pounds for the holidays. That didn't happen. It did make me acutely aware of how fast and easy it is to regain weight. Where's the leftovers?

Leftovers, ugh! Glad we don't have many. You can flush the carbs/water pretty quick.

I think it's unfair that it's so much easier and more fun to gain then to lose. sigh

Leftovers! 😅it was unseasonably warm here as well, but also very stormy so I stayed in-- and ate. Oh, well.
