I'm just restarting by keeping veggies on hand and having them whenever I feel like something. Yesterday was a sugarfest. :(

Northern, I so understand the struggle. I took a LONG break and gained 15 lbs. I'm bummed, it was so yum. But I really need to get back under 200. I was there for a very short while. It was the best few weeks.. I'm back in the 2teens. ... I want to be good. That is a change from my attitude last week while I was scarfing burgers and fries with ice cream cones!

I did almost exactly the same last year under the guise of a 'body building bulk'. I put on 35 pounds WHILE LOGGING IN! Self delusion is a powerful thing. Let's just get back to it.
