Another week behind me and 2 pounds gone. Went to my nephew's birthday party and enjoyed family fellowship without the ice cream and cake. And did I mention that ice cream is my favorite food in the entire world?? I didn't even crave it when I saw it, these weeks of sugar fasting have really taken those cravings for sweets away. I hope it lasts.
