Back from vacation! Wow what a good two weeks. I believe my fat intake was not good. Let's see... eggs, canadian bacon, and toast about every morning. Though I fished all day and was constantly active, it put the weight on. I think some is water too. I'm relatively sore. Once I'm back on my routine of exercise and watching what I am eating, I believe it will be better.
