Again, no big surprise. I had cake and wine ( only one glass) and richer foods than usual during Joe's BD weekend. I will go back to my WOE today and hopefully in a couple of days I'll be back down. 💜

Same. Lots of recent family celebrations lately for us so…back to my WOE this week for me, too. Sometimes, ya gotta live life and celebrate! Plus, I’m just now getting back to normal appetite after a week on steroids! 😳

Storms, it's all about balance, right? I do mostly non processed foods so I'm ok with having a treat meal etc once in awhile.🩷 I love seeing all your food and recipe posts!

You did great and you have to enjoy life! We have 4 graduations this weekend so I am sure I will not be able to be on track.

Hi Diana- I saw elsewhere that you mentioned collagen powder supplement as a protein source, and wanted to suggest that you look into that more. Collagen is not a ‘complete protein’; it doesn’t have all nine ‘essential amino acids’ so the body is not able to build or maintain muscle with it…so should not be counted toward daily protein goals and requirements. I’ve come across several quality sources pointing this out (doctors Ben Bikman, Ted Naiman) but specifically recall Dr. Gabriel Lyons recently mentioning this again.
