Another 300 grams off today. I am excited that it's just continuously coming off. Today, we are going to an all day concert event. Also, today is my second spike day. I will be consuming 3800 calories again, like last Saturday. I will take Wife out for a good brunch feast, and eat like a pig, and then live off unhealthy crap at the concert all day. I'm pretty sure I'm not gonna enjoy that part of the deal - last Saturday was extremely uncomfortable for me. Anyways, I can't wait to see what results the 2nd spike day will bring me. Probably not another 11 lbs in a week, but anything will do. :) Happy Saturday, everyone! Life is good!
