not sure why my scale read 281.2 when I first weighed in then I had Breakfast and a water just went to restroom and decided to weigh again before I peed and it read 283.8 and after I peed it read 288.6 way off I put used batteries in it last week so apparently they aren't very good ones and I'm going g to buy new batteries today so I get a accurate reading as I wanted to be 283 or less before my knee surgery on Monday and last week I got one weigh in of 283 and then right back up to 285-286,from the higher sodium level and bloated because of sodium intake and aunt flow showed up this morning I always bloated up and eat more the week before she gets here. hopefully I'll be back down by Monday to at least 283...

Thanks morticia this gets on my nerves as last week it read 283 and I was so excited to be under 285 then the next day it went up to 284.8 and then the next day 285.8 and has stayed at 285-286 for the last week but its alit of my fault as I've had at least 3500mg sodium intake per day with one day having 4500 so I know it's most likely just bloating from the sodium and then with the normal bloating from the menstrual cycle which aunt flo showed up today I was 🙏 she would not visit me this month with surgery so close but no she's a bitch and had to come visit me regardless....

Just got new batteries and will see how mych of difference it makes for me pays I only slept 3 and half hours last night so it didn't help me either.
