Thanks morticia I have been eating ice cream yesterday and here and there a couple miniature reese cups like today I had 3 the other day I had 3 I hate it but since aunt flo arrived I been hungrier and eating more but good news I've had couple bowel movement and after a breakfast few oreo this morning I checked my weight it showed 285.8 so hoping it still be that in the morning or even lower..
