3rd time I’ve typed this…app is glitching for me today…Anyway, this drop is just the result of being back on plan after a string of loose decisions and poor choices (in terms of my goals). Almost back to pre-Easter weight. Then it’s time to get back to making progress, instead of bouncing up and down. And that will require better discipline, adherence, and consistency with my choices and decisions. I know what I need to do. Now I just need to actually do it! My current “mini-goal” is to reduce body fat as much as possible by my birthday in 3 weeks. We’ll see how I do. Body composition doesn’t lie about how our habits have been. 😉
