Good morning peepers! Just having a coffee before starting preparations for the family get together. I'll be having small portions of less than ideal foods today. I've noticed that I find it relatively easy to stick to healthy meals for the most part, it's the snacking where I fall flat on my face. And I think for me it is largely a comforting/coping thing. Like a snuggy blanket or whatever. So rather than constantly fighting that habit maybe the answer for me is switch the munchies to more healthy choices. See if that helps. Nothing to lose, right? Well, hopefully, LOL. Have a splendid day everyone! xo

Have you tried a shortened eating widows approach? (Aka fasting) nothing crazy though, a 16:8 is plenty. Pretty much eliminated any snacking cravings for me.

Stan I do 16/8 pretty often. Mostly it's a bite here and there ..a few almonds...a medjool date or two..a spoon of peanut butter ..a chocolate, a cracker.. it's a mind over matter thing I've got to tackle.
