Hey all,
This week went a little better. I ate my three meals daily, and only on a day or two did I have a snack. Some of the meals were a little calorie dense, but because the food itself wasn't really bad, I think that's why I was still able to lose weight. (The running may also be helping, but who knows ;p)
Hopefully I can continue this week! I need to plan some meals today though, because I need to go shopping, but the planning also helped me stay on track.
