my dietitian advised me to take a teaspoon of coconut oil unrefined coconut oil with each meal to help with carbohydrate cravings. I hope it works. This cold weather has been killing me. I feel so compelled to eat carbs I’m OK during the day but right before I go to bed, I end up having a bunch of crackers or something.

I’ve been doing keto and intermittent fasting for 2 months. I’ve found that having carbs in the evening makes me hungrier in the morning. I always feel like I’m starving. I am trying to have the majority of my carbs at lunch and low to no carbs in the evening and it helps. No shakes or cravings all morning.

ive been going to bed too late! that's been part of the problem! when i go to bed on time i eliminate the carb eating. working on that starting tonite!
