No weigh in today either because I did check the scale and it's still reading 309.2 I went from 306.2 Wednesday morning and try t o drink alot water for a urine test I had to do for the Dr to 310 by the time I left my house all water and Thurs weight was up 3lb Soni didn't record it here and still Toda it is up and I feel like I am bloated bad so not recording weight until it goes down 👇 some. Typo error I meant to say So I didn't record my weight on here Thursday because I was up 3lb in one day and I know it's all water weight and I am not recording weight today as it's still the same and I am not getting it back off of me very quickly I will weigh in Sunday and see if it has went down 👇 any ..

My plan today is to drink a gallon of water instead of a half gallon and then in morning I will also take the linzess pill if I have any left also since I have not had any bowel movement either since about Sunday it's been at least a week almost so that is probably why I'm weighing in more too...

It does get so frustrating, I know. I struggle with the same issues, and record the same way as well. Hang in there.
