FINALLY !! Mid-March 2023 was the last time I was below 200. This A.M. the scales showed 199.8. Generally, since the Christmas season 2022, the weight has floated between 203 and 215, up & down, up & down. The obvious is over-eating beginning in the holiday time. Regardless of reasons, excuses, and other trivia, I am happy to have cracked that mini-goal threshold, even if it is only by 2/10 of a pound. I am sure most of us on FS will probably be eating a little more from now until the 1st of the year. It's normal. I am already hearing my wife and daughters talk on the phone & in video calls about what everyone is going to prepare for the several days we are all together. Going to be great time. Going to be an expensive (read: higher calories) time too. I truly hope that everyone will have a wonderful Christmas & holiday season in 2023, and then refocus for 2024. I truly appreciate the support, feedback, and friendship of so many individuals on FS. Everyone keep focused, keep exercising, and keep losing / maintaining your weight. Please continue to pray for the people who were affected by the tornadoes in TN. God is good !!
