Uugh Definitely went way over 1700 cal today and I don't know why it's been hard to stick to the original plan of 1700 cal like I was doing before Oct hit and I had been thinking eating more but a couple days I went over for November already and I'm not going back down that road I will be making sure I stick to what I want for the 1700.no more eating extra if hungry I'll just make myself wait until the next day..
