Yesterday did not go as planned. Finished with the English papers about 8pm, did absolutely nothing else yesterday. Was in bed by 830. Today is back to "normal" but realizing this morning I have 2 weeks left in the semester. I will get back into a rhythm and keep it. I will find the time to do healthy things (staying off some of the time-suck things on the internet). I have my sneakers on so there's no excuse...ok no GOOD excuse...to not sneak in some movement, even if it's 10 minutes at a time. We all waste 10 minutes here and there.

My to do list is more of a I wish to do list today. I will pick the important over the urgent over the I'd rather do's and see what I can get done. If I don't do it, no one will do it for me. Embrace the challenges instead of avoiding them and celebrate accomplishments and learn from failures (which then really aren't failures, are they) as they become lessons and future accomplishments.

I hope your Monday runs smooth. If it doesn't, embrace what you can, look for the positive and know that the difficulties bring future accomplishments. You got this.
