So after my little excursion yesterday I'm now playing catch-up today. Literally cant wait to be back on my regular low calorie/low fat meals. I'll worjk on getting my fiber in and protein up. Doubling my exercise time to 1 hour on the stationary bike today. Which sounds like a lot, but I keep it pretty low-stress and in two 30 min sessions. The time goes pretty fast.
Junk food yesterday was not enjoyable. I felt remorseful and it didn't even taste good. Sign to me that I've made the transition from *dieting* to healthy living. And that's a win! Yay!

Thanks, Morticia, I think so! May not be losing by leaps and bounds but a downward trend, albeit slow, has got to be good. Hopefully the longer it takes to shed it, the more likely to keep it off! :)
