Recording the latest small loss! 145 come on! Latest challenge, I sustained a concussion by falling in the bathroom night before last then my dog got spooked on the trail and knocked me over. He’s a big guy trying to recover from all this.😞😞 lots of scrapes on my knees and hands from breaking my fall on pavement
