Difficult to get on the bike now. Baseball practice started. I do a lot of standing and walking around directing things. Not much exercise. Its something but not like my stationary bike.

Can't you do both? Even if less time on the bike if you miss it maybe try to hop on it for 10-15 minutes in the morning. I am not one to talk.... I am still trying to get myself motivated after being sick and I also work in a manufacturing company that is very hard on my body so.... but thought I would suggest it to you anyway as an idea or thought you could try....

Worst thing you can do is beat up on yourself. You're doing your best, and you'll get back on that bike when you're ready. Just hang in there.

I had a regiment of lifting weights in the morning for 10 minutes then riding my bike for 30 min. and doing pushups and crunches for 15. I still lift weights in the morning and now I walk for 20-30 minutes during lunch when the weather is cooperating. Nothing like the 45 minutes of riding that bike and the push ups/crunches. I'm hoping to get on the bike tonight since there is no practice.. Purhaps I can get on it on the weekends. Ahh. that's it.
