uugh coming back down very slowly but at least it's going back down. that week of overeating and eating bad I gained 1.5-2 lbs now to get it back off.

I'm still going forward Debrafrederick I actually ate breakfast and drank a bottle of water and something told me to weigh in and I was at 323.8 so I know half of it is just bloating from the bad eating and the other half is weight gain but hopefully it will continue to go down...
