Paying attention to my habits a little more closely and I realized I don’t make the best choices after about 8pm. Between then and bedtime is when the majority of the “f*ck it! Snacks” seem to happen. With that in mind, I’ve been working to correct that behaviour this past week. This is a constantly evolving process. And there is usually a pretty simple reason when progress stalls. The trick is finding it and adjusting or pivoting around whatever the issue is.
