A new low today! I lost 1.9 kgs (more than 3 1/2 lbs) since yesterday! And about time, too! Last Saturday, I had a chili night with some friends, good food and beer and so much fun. However, it screwed with my water balance and I gained a couple of kgs on it. Turns out now, that I am still losing weight just fine, and that it still proves right to just keep going nice and easy. Life is good.
