Broke the 210 mark (again) at 209.2 and hopefully it is more than a water weight loss. Played a really good round of golf in the July heat, but also ate more during the day than I probably should have due to heat and outside activity. I will be back on the recumbent bike this A.M. to put in about 22 miles. The recumbent bike is a MUST for a variety of reasons, but it works. Almost 16000 miles have been cycled on the bike since I started keeping track & recording them again in May 2015. Running and heavier weights are out due to previous knee injuries and some atrial fibrillation issues that I've had since I was 10. I have some professional quality weight bands that I will be using for strength training on my upper body and arms. When I was in college (an eternity ago), I was a power lifter and got so bulked up that when I ceased the heavier weights, my upper body went south and centered in my belly. I was barrel chested and never had a "6 pack". It was what I would call a "1 pack". Those power lifing days preceded and helped create some joint & muscle issues that afflict me to this day. But, there is no crying here. It is,...what it is (I really dislike that phrase :) . All of that aside, I am happy to have had this weight loss. It helps affirm my will to get back to the lower 180s. I hope everyone is having a great week, and affirming their goals. Everyone keep focusing, keep exercising, and losing / maintaining their weight. God is good !!
