Even though I know I need to gain and I'm still underweight but seeing a gain this much upsets me. My son came down from Virginia and we went out to eat. It's his bday today so I tried to just enjoy spending with him and enjoying a meal. Hubby was pushing me to eat more than just a salad so it was peer pressure 😆 but I know they worry about me so I gave in.
