Easter salt be gone ... tired and missed my workout last night.got called in again racking up over 25 hours OT in 2 days. hoping things stay quiet tonight and I can lift 🤪

Stinks about the missed time in the gym, BUT all that OT can go towards college for the kids (I can totally see your daughter as a physical therapist). Seeing the silver linings!

Supergainz1 not going to lie i did go on the Rouge website when you said it to see if they had one in their boneyard but they don't have any in their of the dealift version. I take it your interested in one for yourself 😄

Supergainz1 haha they say you could add 20 lbs to your deadlift just by using one from the flex maybe I should get one just so I can hit those 4 wheels 😆

Yea also the lift is more gradual vs the stiff bar where the it’s the whole weight on the initial pull. I mean I am curious... I could see myself going past 500 on it 🤣.... abs that’s what everyone uses that goes over 500 deadlift ok TikTok 😒
