I lost 2.4 pounds this week!! I must say I'm feeling pretty good. I feel good now that's I'm getting back on track and am on the road of getting to where I wanted to be.

We ran 3 times this week (my hubby's goal), Sunday, Wednesday and Saturday morning. This is also day 11 of no soda (I'm pretty impressed with that). I've also been doing pretty good with the no extra sugar thing. I did have coffee one day this week because I was absolutely dying, but I only had two teaspoons of creamer in it, so not too bad. I've also had maybe a few hershey kisses or mini reese's peanut butter cups, but I made sure to record them!!

Yesterday was my day to have a sugar snack, and I really wanted to make these deliciously looking red velvet cookies I found on pinterest. Well, first I couldn't find beet powder because I didn't want to use food coloring. I decided to make them anyways, but they flattened so much in the oven...and they tasted like they weren't cooked completely (even though, if I cooked them anymore they would've burnt). So overall, pretty gross and I never got my treat. Oh well, we're gonna order a small (A SMALL) pizza tonight and split it.

I'm excited for this new week to see if I have the same kind of loss! I would love to be under 150 next weigh in, but I guess we'll see. :D I hope everyone has a good week!
