I'm really happy with this weigh in. Despite Thanksgiving week (I ate so much food), I didn't eat too many sweets this week and tracked everything I ate. it took me a few days after Thanksgiving week to get back to pre-turkey weight, but I managed to lose a little as well. :D

On top of that, the last time I went running I averaged a 10 minute pace for the 1.5 mile that I ran, and the second 1.5 mile I ran (after walking for a little) I averaged a 10:20 pace. I'm pretty happy about that as well. Even when I wasn't fat, my pace used to be close to 13 minutes, sometimes a little close to 11, but still in the 12 minute range. I might even be able to do a 5K under 30 minutes before the end of the year! (It was one of my goals for this year).

I'm hoping to be down to 150 before the end of the year, and then next year is going to be my make my body healthy year. I want to get down to 125 next year, and be able to run a 10K (hopefully I will have already beat that 30 minute goal for the 5K). I'm thinking about whether or not I want to quit soda, but I love it too much... haha.
