Christmas did me in. I didnt fall completely off the wagon, but my food choices were poor, and starchy carbs are not my friends. So i gained a lb rather than remaining the same which is what I was hoping to see.

But, between Christmas hub-bub and the bitter cold causing my pipes to freeze, I didnt find time to weigh in, log foods or keep up w my water intake. Needless to say the cookies and chess bars won.

Motivated to stay under 1000 cals today and NO starchy carbs.
