Small progress but started adding weight to my pull ups only started with 10 pounds today but only lost 1 rep with the extra 10 lbs it's a start 💪keep pushing...

And the home gym will be growing bigger again tomorrow. Picking up a used treadmill. The wife is happy she is fully committed to the weight loss again And with the shorter days and busy schedules time to walk outside during daylight is nonexistant

Congratulations on the pull ups! And I am bummed about the loss of outdoor walks as well. I was walking the pup 5-8 miles a day. Now I'm stuck on the dreadmill and added a weekly cycling class in to mix it up. BTW, my wife is almost ready. She's been maintaining at 121-123lbs this past month on 1200 cals and light cardio. For some reason she wants to wait and start weights January 1st.

TheUnhealthyDaddy Thanks it was more of a test than anything else. Was seeing how a rock climbing harness would work fro hdlong weight plates instead of buying a dip belt since either have multiple harness laying around . I'm still on the high side for my targeted rep range so next pull dua I'll try with a 25 lb playe and see if that will get me closer to hitting 8 reps as my max. Trial and error fun fun. Nice on the new for the wofw that will be really cool when she starts the weights with you. I love getting the whole family down there with me
