Didn't sleep well middle of the night so ended up sleeping a little later than normal. Plans changed for today so I'll be working early then a nap and then visit baby I think. Had some grilled chicken leftover with broccoli/cheese sauce and sauteed mushrooms with onion for dinner last night, tasted really good. Only one piece of the grilled chicken left so I get to meal prep today or tomorrow for the next several days. Still have a bunch of food but have to take out more meat from the freezer. Got a great deal for chicken breast at 3.99...who thought that would ever be a great deal?? lol

Reworking my schedule this weekend to include expected times for even a short walk as an expectation for myself. If I don't build it in, it won't happen. "Create the life you want." We need to start dreaming with the end in mind and then work backwards to make it happen.
