Back on track! stuck to my calorie budget, weighted almost everything out, macros were on point and summoned the energy to get 2/3 of what would be a normal lifting session in. stress readings down a few points, resting heart rate down slightly by 2 bpm fully expect that to keep dropping. took it easy on the steps yesterday ended the day out with just over 14k.
