i knew that last weigh in was too little. but at least i only gained a pound back. i stopped walking for a while because it was way too hot, but i'm back on track. i also have been having a really hard time with temptation. i haven't been able to resist. almost anything. i've also been having trouble remembering to keep my food journal, but i think i am back on track now. i have been having fruit with breakfast and lunch, and i am trying to have a salad with dinner.
so my goals are to keep logging my food, keep walking at least 2 miles/day and try a salad with dinner. plus, don't fall back..

thanks aila. alowe82, i mostly make lettuce with tomatoes, sometimes cucumbers, depending on how lazy i am. sometimes spinach. i don't really use dressing, but my husband does make this great balsamic viniagrette, so i will eat that. i also have some marie's creamy garlic or italian or something, but i only use that every once in a while because it is full of calories.
