Yesterday was supposed to be a lift day but I decided to catch up on working in the yard instead. It didn't work out that way. We had thunderstorms most of the day again. I was so bummed out, that I chilled the rest of the day. I ate "Well" at 101% of my calorie goal, met my protein goal, and did not meet all activity goals. 44 kcal deficit // BF↑0.1% and out of range // Sleep Goal met
