Ok, so I didn't weigh in here last Friday - in the last two weeks my weight spiked to 70.9, but I'm happy that it's been at 70.2 since Tuesday. Don't know if there's any hope of getting below 70 by the end of this month, but will keep at my workouts 3 times a week. Managed to keep my eating down to 6500kj for the past 3 days. Probably won't keep that up over the weekend, but might just try it.
