Ahhhh Summer. I took a vacation from recording measuring and paying attention to what I put in my mouth. No exercise to speak of as well. I so want to have the resolve and dedication when I began with FS earlier in the year. I had to make some decisions I really didn't want to, let go of some things I love Aand have been having some minor depression. Not wanting to do to anything. So today is a new day and I am beginning with recording all food choices. I know this works well and want to resume moving in the direction of better health and lower weight. Also, when feeling loss or sadness I will be reminding myself of the great gratitude I have for being able to have all of the experiences of my life. Even those I don't welcome have something to teach me. J
