Wow! Another 4 pounds lost. Total of 58 since 8 Nov. 2021. Started my Bariatric Program. Had my 1st appointment with the Social Worker and the Nurse. The Dietitian appointment is next week. Already sent my food diaries and homework to her last week.

I have new bloodwork to do and I have an appointment scheduled for that. Waiting on the doctor to fax them a few reports that were missing and the appointment to have another sleep study since my current CPAP machine cannot be repaired as it is too old.

It's always something. At least the weight is coming off and that is a plus. Keep on keeping on!
