I'll be honest, I'm surprised by the drop since Monday I ate everything that was in the house. 😂😂

Had a nice 5 mile run yesterday, probably going to take a break today. It's raining anyway, but maybe I'll do 2 or 3 miles on the treadmill. we'll see. I'm going to try to do 11 this weekend. Well, once I start, I'm kind of committed, or I'll have to call my husband to come pick me up. 😃 Where I live is pretty nice, there are sidewalks everywhere, so I've managed to do a loop of any mile length which keeps me from giving up halfway and makes it more fun! So if I plan an 11 mile loop, I'll do 11 miles even if I walk the last mile. 😬

Awesome, well done. I do all my cardio on the elliptical and treadmill, running on concrete is tough

LOL Tim, but you must've always made it back!! I love it though, running new routes keeps things fun, and if I load the route to my watch, it'll give me directions so I don't get lost 😂😂😂 cause I'm known for wrong turns haha

Bigbtn, I love the feel of the road! I can't stand running on dirt trails, but the treadmill isn't bad! I'm glad you get your cardio in!! Do you stick at a constant pace or do different programs?

I mostly do the elliptical on random level 9 or 10. Sometimes the bike. I do 30 min, sometimes 45, sometimes 60 😁 Then I do about an hour on weights, target different areas different days. Back, shoulders, arms, abs, legs, abs everyday 😜 Plus I’m eating a lot lol, trying to get 150 grams of protein . Hbu?

Nice! That sounds great! On the treadmill I usually do 2 or 3 miles because I use it for mostly my recovery runs or interval runs. Today is gonna be a full episode of Law and Order run! 😆 Your protein target is so high! In lucky if I can get to 80 or 90g, I'm usually around 60-70.
