A good chunk of weight gain today. Today, I blame me. I went home early from work, and cancelled my music teaching job. My back was hurting, I was tired, and I was in a bad mood. Also, I was HUNGRY. I decided that I wanted pizza for dinner, and I had it. I was fully aware that I had way too many calories, and I just need to work them off. That's fine, I can live with that. I have to say though, that it was a really good pizza, it satisfied my craving and I stopped before the whole thing was gone. Also, it wasn't so good as I would want it again. Weigh-in is even whackier than it should be because of this, as pizza is still passing through my system, so there is a lot of extra weight on board. Back in the saddle - today we do it right, weight will be lost in no time. Life is good. :)
