Looking back over the holidays, I think I have done well. I wasn't stressed about eating or activity. I didn't get too far away from my normal maintenance routine. I didn't hit every goal every day and I was okay with that. Yesterday was a chill day. I ate under my calorie goal, missed my protein goal, and did not meet some activity goals. 448 kcal deficit // BF unchanged // missed Sleep Goal
