I don’t have much time to journal, but I’m not weighing in I was just horrible yesterday! Absolutely out of control!😒
Today I’m going to track, drink water, and get some steps in!! I don’t want to grow out of the size of jeans I worked hard to get in.
You butter believe it, doughnut take me lightly, I guess dieting is just wishful shrinking.😢
The baby is home now, and the mother is recovering, ♥️ so my son is doing all the work gladly, as he has father bonding time off work.👍
Intermittent Fasting keeps snacking in check, but I guess it needs to be longer than 10 min!😖

King’s Daughter, I am pretty much out of control, and today they’re having a retirement party with all sorts of goodies. 😕 Yet, the New Year is almost here to get my growing bigger rear in gear.😁

Same here Shrew, had my calories and IF all nice and tidy yesterday until I went to watch Spiderman, and decided to go all in with the popcorn.....in the words of a Christmas PJ my friend has......"Yes I was naughty, and no I have no regrets"😆. These experiences aren't a dime a dozen, we know what to do, and when things are back to normal we'll crush it again💪🏾🥗, hoping normalcy begins today for me, no more major outings/events planned or known about🤔. Enjoy that precious grandson....all the cuddles, baby smell, and the little hand clasping your pinky🤗, and all the firsts to come, excited for you All💫💞💫, blessings 🙏🏽💕🙏🏽.

Shrewd, be super careful with that gathering. Three different friends messaged me yesterday that they and their families have tested positive. Crazy because all of us had managed to avoid it previously. Everyone but the littles were at least double-vaxed. that said, I know you'll get everything back under control in a few days.

Thank goodness this new mutated virus is milder, In the fact, that people are not dying left and right. At my work everyone has bad bacterial cold infections. It’s hard to stay clear of those people especially when hugging goodbye.
I have tried to take precautions, it’s that one slip up that might get ya! 🙃

Katsolo, if I go out into crowds, I double mask, even though I know the virus is so small it goes right through the masks, but it doesn’t fly far. I think people are getting it by touching items that has been touched by infected people and then forgetting to wash their hands or they touch their face or mouth, or rub their eyes, and I’m so cautious of that. My hands are washed so often, that now being older my hands are starting to look old, but mine look like they’re from a person 103!🤣
