Down another 3.7 pounds. Doing my best to stick to this diet in preparation for starting the bariatric program in January.
I have lost 22 pounds since the 8th of November and all is going well. I rarely get hungry and when I do I just grab another bit of protein. It seems to be working well for me.
Just gotta keep fighting the good fight.
