BF: 26.0% (down from 26.4%)

chest: 33 7/8 (up from 33 2/8)
waist: 28 (up from 27 7/8)
hips: 37 2/8 (down from 37 7/8)
thigh: 22 4/8 (down from 22 7/8)
arm: 10 7/8 (same)
61,4 kg Bisher verloren: 12,5 kg.    Still to go: 4,7 kg.    Diät befolgt: Recht gut.
Zunahme von 0,1 kg pro Woche

😆 I do the measurements with a fabric tape measure, and I get the body fat from the scale. It's probably not accurate, but so long as it's consistent I'm cool with it 😎

That's a talent you have. Every time I've tried it I can't get it right lol To scale might not be right, people argue all the time about figuring out body fat and what is accurate and what is not. But I like your attitude as long as you're using the same thing the number of might not be accurate but the consistency is!
