Today is day 4 of my fat fast. I've happily dropped a few lbs from 217.8. I'm really excited. I have two more days to go. What I'm not excited about it joining the gym. But my husband want to join and I definitely want to support him so that will help me ultimately with my weight loss goals.

Awesome! :) The most important thing to remind yourself when you join the gym is that it isn't a competition. This is very important so you don't feel demotivated! Ignore everyone else's capabilities and do your own thing because other people who can push more than you, have likely been doing it for a much longer time. Don't be self-conscious when you're there, focus on the training ;)
