Been up all night for we are having Thanksgiving pot luck at work. I bought tons of a variety of homemade cookies and expensive chocolate with nuts, then finally a huge bowl of guacamole, huge!
I spent lots of $ on my part as it is a treat for the warehouse guys, they aren’t rich and we should make it fun for them. One of our reps makes fried turkey in a wink of an eye, he’s a pro at it and it’s delicious!😋👍
I have been harassed by my English friend for bringing guacamole to a Thanksgiving meal - he says it doesn’t belong! I told him it is very expensive and the warehouse guys love it! In fact one guy is bringing tortilla chips, (he had a name for it, but I can’t remember it). I need good comebacks to throw at him, but I am empty. He’s bringing mushy peas, there’s gotta be a good line in there somewhere.
May tell him, go stuff yourself!!!😁
Maybe I could tell him, there's always something to be thankful for on Thanksgiving. Even if it's just not being a turkey like you.🦃

English don’t have thanksgiving so I don’t think he would be qualified to say what’s ok to bring etc. bring on the guac! And seven layer bean dip and taco fixings……..

Manatee, that is such a great line, I’m going to tell him today he shouldn’t even be celebrating our Thanksgiving!!
He told me he didn’t like avocados and he ended up eating a lot of my guacamole! 🙃
He brought squished peas, it looked like my guacamole exactly!!
We were going to trick people and trade spots with the bowls, but got busy and forgot.😕
Don’t even bring up seven layer bean dip, way too delicious!!!😋😋 Thanks again!👍

A gal that sits next him is there only 2 days a week, thank goodness for she a real fuddy-duddy!!! 🙃

LOL Its good to have an office that has good people. I am lucky I love my office I have been here for 11 years. I am at retirement age now but they are going to have to tell me to leave LOL Our President is the best! Have a wonderful Thanksgiving!
