I actually thought this was a very bad week. It seemed I could not keep my ratios in line. My menu included butter!!!!!!!!!!, carrot cake with cream cheese icing!!! ikes!!!!!!
Still, somehow, I lost 3 lbs. Another burden this week, was a nasty cold. A cold I can not seem to shake. It is a sunny day and I hope to spend time outside in the garden. Hopefully the sun will draw out this nasty cold.
The weight loss helps to push me forward to even greater weight loss.
