My new goal is to keep my carbs at 57%, fat below 30%, and protein at 20%. This was accomplished about 85% of the time, thanks to Fatsecret.com.

This makes me anxious for my next weigh in. To date I have lost 8 lbs., a lb shy of my 3 lb per month goal.

I am so excited by the 3 lb loss, but more than that I am excited by the sensation of weight loss. Besides sticking close to the ratio between carbs, fat, and protein, I have added drinking 1/2 t per day of cinnamon. Not sure this really has an affect, but immediately, I began the sensation losing weight. One result, I can attribute to this change, is the desire for sweets has significantly diminished.

Love this website and the ability to monitor my actions with the results.
