New weight low today but that was due to not having that much to eat yesterday and having things move along so rapidly, more than likely. Still, I'll take it.
Working on trying to figure out when to go back to the gym. NM suggested walking as a substitute until I am back to 100% feeling normal again and I like the idea.
Two more days until the speech contest. I'm warming up the Spanx and getting my hair done. No matter how I feel Friday night, at least I'll look like a million bucks, even if I only feel like $49.50.

I'm so glad you are on your way back to better health. I was wondering how that "cleanse" was going to impact your weigh-in. Stay on top of getting completely better and avoiding a relapse. Best wishes!

Gillian, we are best friends who tease each other mercilessly to keep our spirits up. This whole diet thing can get so lame sometimes, it's great to have Buddies to rib us. And when we try to pull punches, we refuse to co-sign on each other's BS. It's really pretty great. LOL.
