Weight stayed the same. I'm trying to tell myself that's a good thing that I don't even need to be below 100 but then there's another part of my brain that's been in diet mode for so many years that it makes me feel bad that I didn't lose . That's the part that I really need to work on.

Habits can go either way, can't they. I have never been on maintenance mode intentionally, but have heard that for some it's harder than losing. I hope you have an easy time of it and stay healthy. 👍
