Yesterday was an awful day, food wise.

I had a class all day at work, and the options for food were not optimal for me. Plenty of healthy choices but all mixed in other things, so it is impossible to calculate. And to top it off, it was not fulfilling. After class/work I had to to teach, and knowing that I will not be home until late, I needed food.
My end choice was a small pizza from a restaurant, which is also bad. Oh, well.
I see the consequences on the scale this morning. As usual, after a massive weight loss day like I had yesterday (dropped almost 3 lbs from the day before), I will regain some. And of course with this there was no way around it.
I expect a little further weight gain tomorrow - that's just the way it is. What matters is that my peaks are at a lower weight every time.
Today I will do better. Much better. I am prepared.
Life is good.
